Choose the language, tone of voice, and gestures appropriate to the level of the individual, the occasion, and the place, adhering to the social etiquette and culture of the native speaker. Express needs, offer, accept, and refuse assistance verbally and in writing in appropriate simulated or real-life situations. Converse and write responses providing information about oneself and various familiar topics, experiences, situations, news/events, and issues of social interest, and communicate continuously and appropriately.
